Dear Trustees
We have taken the unusual step of writing directly to each of the Trustees of the Chelmsford Muslim Society. We share the concerns of a growing number of the local Muslim Community, about the leadership of CMS by Ayman Syed, and the governance of the charity in general. Here’s the letter in full:

In a WhatsApp message we’ve been sent following the second incident, Ayman Syed talks about his disappointment, and how members should not tell the wider public of the issues within the charity, but this section is pretty clear:
Moving forward, I assure you that we will take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from recurring. We will work on improving our meeting protocols and ensure that all members respect the purpose and objectives of our gatherings. Any member who is considered breaching meeting protocols will be sanctioned accordingly.
